A lot of practice and looking at inspiration on dA. I try to copy what they did to learn techniques. I do a lot of scrappy stuff before I make something polished like this. Thanks for the comment

You can make them yourself, I usually do but then steal elements, such as the chroma fan (the rainbow thingy) from Knoll Light Factory.
