Attempting Graeme Harper's pre-Hartnell incarnation is tricy. Unlike the other 7 Morbius Doctors who had photoshoots, Harper's cameo was based on a photo shot and used in the series a few years previously. Many people since then have just taken a screengrab of some behind the scenes footage where Harper was directing the regeneration between 5th Doctor to 6th Doctor. I've done the same here, but merged it somewhat with a later photo of Harper from the 00s. I then mirrored the left side to the right as the eyes were not great. I'll come back to this in a few years, but until then here's the face of that incarnation. Not intending to give it any religious implication - it's just how it rendered.
Also, would like to offer come credit to George Sheard who's superb effort on his own interpretation was the starting point for the hair I used in this
