Slightly belated arts for my buddy *dragonrise 's birthday! Would have been sooner, but my internet was down for a couple of days.

She has these really cool creatures called Fate's Fingers, birdlike things that are attracted to different intentions or actions/outcomes- blue-fingered ones are attracted to goodness, black are attracted to ill-intent, and the white-fingered ones are ambiguous, being attracted to something that either good OR bad results in an event of great magnitude. Aside from how cool that is, I think they also happen to look plain awesome just in general, and have been secretly wanting to draw one for her for a while. C8

Tried drawing her specific one, Ambiguous Fate, which is why he's missing some of the feathers on that one wing. Iiii'm not entirely sure if that's how their feather-crests are supposed to work, but I like how this came out! 8D Also the gradient on the legs, because I had nooo idea how I was going to make that work with markers. *pleased* I swear, my traditional work is so inconsistent (I think because I'm trying something different each time XDD;) but I do feel like I'm learning!
