this makes me feel really color blind though you were talking about pink and purple and I was like wait what? cuz to me the colors looked like blue and white XD

I've tired to do this with a heart and just hiding the extra yarn inside but I can't make it look right for the life of me.

If you give me more description I might be able to help you. The designs don't always come out really clear. Are you keeping all the loose yarn to the back. I don't usually cut the yarn when I'm switching colors a lot between colors.

No I tried to crochet and just carry the other color through inside the stitch

I definitely don't think it's too confusing, in fact, it makes a lot of sense! That is good to know, too, that you can basically stitch anything pixel-y into something

Yeah, creating designs isn't very forgiving. One mistake and you have to start all over again. XP
