This version is now outdated. Here is the newest version: Prisoner Rainbow Dash | Definitive EditionAfter a girls night out with the mane 6, Rainbow is drunk from too many ciders. Twilight insisted that Rainbow sleeps at her library for the night, but Rainow dash, too stuborn to take advice from an egghead, attempts to fly back to her cloud home. She swirlved left and right before crashing into a house and leaving a big hole. The owner called the police who upon trying to arrest rainbow dash were puked on by the drunken mare before she passed out. Hours later, Dashie woke up in jail cell on a cot. As she regained concious, she noticed that she was shackled in chains and was clad in an orange jumpsuit. Still hung over, she freaked out and cried for help. She was later informed that she had been charged with flying under the influence, drunk in public, assaulting a police officer, and resisting arrest. She was sentenced to two years at Canterlot Royal Prison.

You have improved in this one compared to the older prisoner Dash image! I love how she's sitting with her tail curled. She looks ashamed and she seems to be wishing for a visitor. Your description for this pic is also great, because I love hearing about how Dashie wakes up in her orange jumpsuit aha!!

Speaking of style, small details in your style that stand out to me are the eyes and also those chains on her wing restraints. Chains are hard to do and I think you're figuring out what looks the best for those wing restraints e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b… " width="15" height="15" alt="
The background seems to fall flat a little bit though, since the toilet should maybe have the same shadow as the bed. There should be something (maybe just some shading) that makes the toilet pop out of the wall. That's why I had to take off from vision and technique

Instead of shackling her wings why don’t they just surgically remove them, it would be way easier and ensure she is physically incapable of making the same mistake again

The most logically optimal solutions to problems relating to people are often what most would consider to be “barbaric” or “human rights violations” or just “crimes against humanity” as things like suffering are considered irrelevant to the result

1.) These are ponies, not humans, so their definition of barbarity and cruel is different from our own, and amputation would be out of the question.
2.) We don't use such solutions in the United States because of the 8th Amendment to the constitution.
3.) Such cruel punishments are a favorite tool of totalitarian dictatorships.

You know, I think Rainbow going to jail for an FUI is only the beginning. Not only will her reputation take a bad beating, but her FUI conviction is going to end up having severe impacts on both her wallet/money and her job as weathermare.

Well the fine is a 100 bit flat rate, But it will go up depending on how much property was damaged/destroyed and how many ponies were injured. As far as legal fees's go, i don't know.
