It is an alright piece. Yet it looks like it is made on a creator. Twilights grin looks fine yet the mouth is too into her face. And for Luna's wing. It looks lower down than usual. It would be better if there was more shading to show where a light is coming from. Luna's hair could have a little more sparkle into it as she is the princess of the night ;3.
Celestia's cutie mark looks a little too high. When using vectors you might need to think about proportion and anatomy and where each part of the body should be.
In any other way, this is a Fab piece

I don't trace on a normal basis. Infact quite a few of my pieces are hand-drawn and scaned. This was done in order to fufill my monthly quota.
Something tells me you're not familiar with the brony artist community, with your lack of knowledge of what a vector is.
