Browsing thru a fellow Deviants gallery the other day I was struck by this piece:[link]
It inspired me to do a shot in my style and here's the end result. Don't really think it needs the Mature Advisory but better safe than sorry I always say.

In looking at it with a less starstruck eye, I did notice something. Even though you couldn't have known about it, Red Blade's fingers are exceptionally long. This image [link] gives an idea of how his hands actually look. Even without that however, the fingers on each individual hand seem to have varied lengths. The fingers on the left side are a bit shorter than the fingers on the right. But no worries...it still looks incredible and I'm going to start coloring this tonight. I think it's big enough to work with as is.

I see what you mean. I was looking at my original thumbnail for this piece and I can see where I messed up. One of Red Blade's hands was supposed to have been cupped underneath her more which in the thumbnail makes it look like his fingers are smaller. Also in the thumbnail I had Nia facing Red Blade but opted to stick to your original design instead which I think worked out a lot better.
Guess when I re-drew it I just skipped the cupped hand and did his fingers a bit narrower and shorter. I apologize for that but I can't wait to see some color on this bad boy.

Ok, forget the Ayana piece...I'm going to have to color this! Your piece is stunning and captures the feeling of imprisonment I was going for with my original piece far better than I thought possible. I especially like the extra-demonic look of Red Blade partially obscured in darkness. This is awesome... even though you didn't necessarily do it FOR ME, I thank you.
