Great job on this cover! Out of al the Avenger teams, I've liked the "Outlaw" New team best! 4 of my favorite characters are all in the same book/team! Spider-Man(wearing the cloth version of his infamous black & white suit), Wolverine(the fiercest X-MAN alive), Iron Fist(a Immortal Weapon Champion, a super poweredΒ martial artist and 1 half of Heroes for Hire with Luke Cage) & the 2nd Ronin(a recently back from the dead Hawkeye. It's great how the costume covers the whole body. It could be anyone in that suit)! Spider-Woman, Cage & DR. Strange also all look great!

its just that the most marvel I ever got was spider-man, i'm kinda getting into the avengers thing since the iron man movie. so I just recently learned about iron fist. but makes no difference.

Well, for this one, to get the colors not so saturated (bright) I covered the entire image with a deep red (any dark color will do) and then set the layer property to 'Color' and reduced the opacity to 50%.
For the actual glow effect, I took a soft brush at 100% opacity with a light blue/white color and brushed the outlines of the figures so it looks like the glow is from behind them. I then went to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur and adjusted it until I liked it.
After that you can go to Layers>New Adjustment Layers>Curves (or Levels) and adjust the brightness even further. Hope this helps. Any more questions, just ask!
