anatomically,supes' face and neck seem a bit wrong while batman is ok.but the main problem i see is that there is no difference between foreground and background making bats seem like he's glued to supes.
Suggestions: you should try making batman's face smaller than superman's or make the contour (surrounding-lineart) lines thicker around superman to give a touch of depth.

Well, here's the thing. I'm probably not going to do much more to this piece. I spent about 20 minutes on the drawing and maybe an hour on the color the first time, and then another hour or so for the second round of colors. I do appreciate the critique and will definitely keep it in mind for future projects.

Yeah, my buddies think I'm a jerk for never redoing my pieces. They give me their expert advice (and most of the time it really is) and I don't use it immediately. But my thing, like I said, is all the creative juices (good, bad, or otherwise) for said piece are usually gone by the time I let people see it and if they have beefs with it, then I catalog it for the next go round!
