Interesting story behind this piece, the original got deleted because I felt I needed a fresh start so this along with 2 years worth of art got deleted. It was featured in ImagineFX and I've had inquiries about it after deletion so it was always a reminder of a bad choice. Luckily I had some low res copies online that I used to resize and repaint.Lesson learned? Never react on emotion and it's never too late to go back and rebuild what you've destroyed. It's also good to listen to your wife when they tell you it isn't a good idea.

Well, I don't know about the original, but I'm loving this one, especially the intensity in her eyes. Having the background out of focus only serves to enhance the effect and I love how she and the bird both focused on the same point. Really helps support the link between them. Great work!
