Surprise, she's not all sexed up. Her charisma isn't super high. I've been told she needs more boobs

She does not need more boobs. I think you could make a pretty good story with her actually even getting ragged on every now and then for the lack of "assets".
Being flatter probably has its advantages! She may be able to wear some men's armors!
