really emotional piece for me.it feels as even though I keep on trying, and trying, in the end I always get pushed down by the coldness; of you.

a very beautiful piece.
the aqua really brings out the coldness of this photograph, the ice is an added bonus for me. the maple leaf reminds me of winter and snow, so you've brought all things that represent "cold" together and presented them well, great composition.
But I agree with a comment above that says the closest ice cube should be nice and focused.
I know what it is like to be cold to someone, so this sparks a few memories for me.

Wow... absolutely breathtaking, amazing clarity, goregeous tones. Love the way the blues of the background meld peacefully with the reds/oranges of the leaf. Great picture... You should get rid of the vignetting at the corners though. This would really improve if it was ultra sharp too. This would be a potential favourite otherwise.
