Just to the right of the image is a button that says "Download". Click that and choose where to save the file.
Once that is done, go into the Control Panel and click the following:
Devices and Sound > Mouse > Pointers.
From here you can pick which cursor you want to change and browse your computer for the one you want to replace it with.

To the right of the preview image there is a 'Download File' button near where it says 'Favorite' above the ad.
For simplicity's sake, you can click here to download this one.
When you do download this, make sure you save it where you can find it; you'll need to in order to apply it as your cursor. I can walk you through that if you like, too.
