yet another nice fork shot. i like how you can barely see any of the fork above the tines. the shadows cast by the tines are good, but i like the way the light is hitting them and reflecting off even better. i've heard of the 4x6 site (maybe from `Davenit ?) but haven't been to it yet.

Actualy i'm not really keen on macro shots, but this is stunning. These forks make me think of two "people" walking, sliding and flotting on a silver beach.
Details are so important!

i love the lighting on this, the highlights in the middle of the fork are a nice contrast against the fairly dark lighting for the rest. the detail in the paper looks great too, overall a great shot!

The scary part I think, is that for some reason I imagine the surface they touch to be skin, and the fact that they are getting ready to "dig in" is a scary thought.

Nice shot, way to make normal objects seem more human-like. I really feel like I'm looking at two forks passing each other, or maybe dancing around each other.

these forks look like they're getting ready to tango
the light shining off them is super fun
if they aren't gettign ready to dance, my next guess is that one fork is breaking up with the other fork... he regrets ever leaving his beautiful spoon, and he's going to try to win her back. being-dumped-fork is in shock. very moving scene...
(I'm going to take this moment to mention that I have barely slept these past two days and have mostly only had chocolate to eat because the store in my building didn't open until an hour ago...why this school thinks people don't have to eat on reading week is beyond me..)

As I've already mentioned elsewhere , it's nice to see the cutlery making a re-appearance.
What I particularly like about this one is the somewhat odd looking charcoal colo(u)red background and the way the (exceptional as usual) lighting interacts against this and the forks.
