I switched up the lighting, and played with the colors in Photoshop

The focus should be on the eye, not the hair... I know how hard this is when the hair is in this position... manual would've been better, I guess.

i think that this kink of photo need to be a little bit soft, otherwise her skin texture is too noticeable...

i don't think that at all. skin texture is real, and that's what my type of photos need. feel free to blur your own photos though

the colors and lighting in this are very interesting in this, I really enjoy the purple, and her blue eyes, and the way there are blue tones in her hair and shadows...

some gorgeouse use of colour, lighting and focus here. Its just a very beautiful and simple picture compared to your other photos. This one doesnt need terribly complicated lighting to be effective I don't think

Judging from the thumbnail, I didn't think this looked all that great. However, when I took a look at this in full view, I was definately surprised. The details on this are spectacular, definately better than anything I've ever seen on any of your other deviations. Love the focusing and skin textures. Keep it up, man.

Now this one I really like. The soft blur around her face the leaves the eyes sharp and clear. It makes you wonder just what she is thinking and I'm sure if you asked different people they would all come up with different ideas. When a photo like this is completely open to interpretation, I just love it. Really well done Kev!
