This is truly amazing. The use of shadows really bring out the emotions of the piece. And I really like the pose, it seems so natural.

thank you. yes, it was a very demanding pose for her, lying on the bed. i think she almost fell asleep, hence the relaxed look thanks for the comment

The lighting in this is amazing. The contrast is great. I particularly like the lighting on her face.

the ones in my gallery are portraits taken after the wedding day. i do those kinds of things, but don't do actual wedding pictures on the wedding day

was she wearing any makeup? her skin looks very.....deep and rich, almost oily. however you did it, the skin tones look amazing, and the single spotlight effect works great.

she's wearing very minimal makeup... i think some powder-type stuff. it's pretty light. the blue/green sensitive b&w process i used brings out the dark colors tones of her skin though, which is probably what you see. thanks
