Description
Shiny Form: sta.sh/0zy4bnzmxt9Evolves from: www.deviantart.com/supersonicg…
Basis: Inspired by chess pieces, specifically the "Bishop" piece.
Original Version: www.deviantart.com/supersonicg…
Special Notes: *Deacon - A member of the church ranked slightly below a priest.
Battle Specs: With Equinight standing as the attacker and Torook, the defender, Capreacon rounds out the trio by serving as the hardworking support class! What kind of support, you ask? Depends on what you're looking for; For more defensive support, Capreacon's got you covered with moves like Heal Bell, Heal Pulse, Reflect, Light Screen, and even Healing Wish and Psychic Terrain, and be assisted even further with its Triage ability. For more offensive support, moves like Psycho Shift, Confuse Ray, Will-o-Wisp, Thunder Wave, Heal Block, and Disable, complimented by its Synchronize ability, are also in its arsenal, and both of these are just brief glimpses as to what it can do.
That's not to say it can only do STRICTLY support, though. Thanks to its high Special Attack, it can also deal some decent damage with the type of moves you'd expect Psychic-types to be packing; Psychic, Shadow Ball, Energy Ball, Focus Blast, Psyshock, etc. Its equally high Special Defense and decent HP also helps to ensure some longevity with this potent mage.
Long story short, Capreacon is probably most versatile of what the trio can offer you and can fill a good number of various roles. Like I said earlier, it all depends on what you're looking for.
Artist's Notes: And last, but not least, we have Capreacon as the "Bishop" piece in our set...and you might have noticed a couple themes with these three. For one, all three of the heads resemble different animals, as a workaround to keep the horse element the Knight piece naturally has, with Torook being a bull and Capreacon being a goat/ram. Plus, it makes them feel more Pokemon-y in design. On top of that, each of the three also had different shape aesthetics to their designs, with Equinight's being sharp and triangular, Torook's being blocky and square, and Capreacon's being more rounded. Just some subtle little design nods to make look different from each other.
And because I'm sure at least one of you will ask, I may as well address: Why wasn't Capreacon Fairy-typed? That would've resulted in a lovely little type triangle for them (Fighting -> Steel -> Fairy -> Fighting), so...what gives? Well...let's just say that being Fairy-typed would cause some...issues concerning the true final evolution to the line, hence why the Psychic-typing instead. Trust me, you'll see what I mean when we get to that.
In any case, though, that wraps up this set of 'mons! I will say, having to write all the battle specs for all three of these back to back was...kinda time consuming, so I'm glad these are all finished up now. Anyways, until next time, everybody! Enjoy! ^_^

3 things:
1. I love how you made their sleeves look like Dark Magician's staff. Nice little detail.
2. This is by far the most interesting multi-evolution line I've seen in a long time. If these were real, I'd catch one as soon as immediately possible.
3. HOO BOY that final evolution is gonna be sick. I can't wait to see it.
