[NOTE: I dont have Vista any more (HDD Failure), so I have NO IDEA if this works on Vista. If a Vista User will please download and try, then respond back to me through PM, I would so very much appreciate it.I stated this to keep any angry Vista users from flaming here saying "It does not work on Vista!!!111!!!111" as stated above, I dont have it any more. Flamers beware.
Ok, seeing as how ii failed to mention it, this is also an XP app. seeing as how it was developed ON xp and works ON XP, then yeah. XP app also.

Ok, this is a very simple app, inspired by [link] . He released a VERY simple version of this as a simple .bat file, but i cant think of an one that wants to edit a file then save then apply.... well, any one else besides me that is. I am that kind of a Geek.
Yes, it IS an ugly UI, i did it in like 20 Minutes. I may re-do it if enough demand is, well, demanded. Thing is that It Works.
Included is Devrexter's first toolbar skin, DarkAurora.
Original Idea came from [link] there.

Does this work on XP or vista?
there are people saying that this is an xp app and later people say it is for vista.

i generally try to write cross platform apps, you know, works under XP and Vista.
I have not found any documentation saying that the registry entry changed from XP to Vista, so it should work for both.
if people have said that it works under both, then it must work under both then.
it is a small download, why not try it out and see for yourself?

It doesn't work for Vista (i think) cuz vista has transparent toolbar which is controlled by theme...

because it should be cross-platform. and because i did not say this earlier on...
there IS no Misc-apps section in the XP customizations category. there should be, but there is not one. not one that i saw any way. my app does not fall in any of those categorizes, and because it should be Vista compatible, then i felt that is is ok to post it here.
