Wow, this is your very first ACEO?
You're natural talent with both ACEOs and colored pencils!
The pose and expression are super cute and colors are so smooth.
These little cards can be addictive so beware you don't get hooked on them!
Trading these is another story - I have already quite a collection of ACEOs from artists all around the world.

Indeed! I would love to get into trading them but I'm afraid I don't have much experience with colored pencils, markers, or watercolors or any other medium people typically look for in them. But I like drawing little so I'll probably do more for the fun of it. I just think the concept of trading them to people from all over is so awesome!
Thank you for sharing your inspirational work!

No worries, with this kind a works people would be stand in queues to get a trading spot with you!
If you get carried away with these cards and want to try trading there are few groups I can warmly recommend: #OC-Trades and #ACEOfursXchange - in those groups there are monthly trades and pairs are organized by group so there you can meed wide variety of different artists. Both groups have quality control and people who are not doing their halves will get warnings/banned so getting beautiful cards back in time is guaranteed.

I've looked into the fursXchange one. Just seems so intimidating right now when I've only done - 3 - traditional pieces now. But it really is a breath of fresh air working in a different medium again. I have stuff strewn all over the house, going back and forth to different things.
Anyway, I'll probably give them a try sometime!

I know the feeling, when I was applying the group I was afraid whether they would accept me or not... I hadn't done many ACEOs that time.
So take your time and enjoy trying new things. If the trading interests you later, then jump in - it is not hurry to go anywhere. ^^
I am actually having similar feeling with digital art right now; I usually do traditional pieces but now I got carried away to try new things and learn more about digital.
There are still so many tools on my program which I have no idea what they do!
