I love the Victorian feel of this. The line work really stands out on the textures...brings to focus to air travelers.
Nicely done.

first, thanks for commenting on my stipe piece. i really like the style of this work above. i wonder what it'd look like to do somethiong like this large scale? maybe a 5 x 6 foot version. cheers -

I would love to transfer my pieces on very large scales. But the damn thing about collages is, that you don't find enough large material to use in them.

it floats.
the places where the paint is cracking are some of the most interesting and dynamic, it gives an illusion of depth.

the sky texture is great and the words scattered on the wind concept is delightful. i like both the visual appeal of this and the idea behind it.

I would like to scatter my
thoughts like that
until
I'm light enough
and nothing attaches me
and leave
floating.
If I could only do something as good as this
maybe I wouldn't be so filthy
I truly like your work.

A collage disintengrates all matter that irritates art as a whole, your piece is a pulse-creating evocation that amazes me yet also bemuses me; a wonderful execution one that borders the line between dadaist gusto and symbolist allure both in a "menage a trois" of mind-hand-to-canvas .... molto bravo!!

As much as I love your comments, as much time I need to understand them. Ohh, how I sometimes wish english where my native language.
Thank you.

I've been sitting here for a while trying to figure out the meaning, and though I can sort of feel it I can't put it into words. It's haunting me. Though I can speak German (very badly; only been learning for 2 years), reading the words is only bewildering me more. Not that this is a bad thing; it makes this piece one of the most intriguing I've seen in a long time.
And the cracked paint on the left-hand side... I love that. Excuse me for not faving, but I can't part with my current one so soon after faving it.

Thank you alot. The though thing about the words is, that some of them are german, some are english and some are only fantasy. It's not about the meaning of the single words. It's about them all togehter scattered from the hot-air balloon...

I thought that was probably the case. But I hadn't noticed that the structures in the background were tilted. Something else to consider.
