I've seen it around since forever though XD like... years. And there are so many artists working on it o-o.

Yeah, well even Disney animated movies DO take years to complete, and this project is voluntary - namely, nobody's getting paid for anything - and everyone is working from home on their own time as well, and collaborating over the Net, not in a main studio, so it's understandable it'd take a long time to get done. But now it's actually gone into production! I've been invited to help out with the animation.. and hopefully the end product will be a success.
...heeeyy, unless I miss my guess, they're looking for background artists.. you could apply! Your backgrounds are gorgeousness o.o
