I'm fine and the site is fine! ^^ we've hit a period of relative inactivity because everybody is busy at this time of year, you're not the only one, but new members are joining and we're attempting to kickstart the plot.
also Macy has had her puppies and nobody adopted Jonquil, so if you come back and he is still free, you should be able to adopt him again.

What's the difference between the AmStaff, PitBull and Staffie breeds? I realize they're all different, but I can barely tell them apart (IMSOASHAMED! i mean in real life , btw just your drawings, which are actually quite distinct and VERY adorable!)

yes, I was confused about that too so before I drew them I did some quick research. technically Ams and Pits are the same dog, but a lot of people consider the Amstaff to be primarily a show dog, and the Pitbull primarily a fighting dog. apparently this is a huge difference to the breed people. *shrugs* o.o and the Staffie is a completely different breed. It's English.
and you don't have to be ashamed! I didn't know the difference until I did the research when I was drawing this because the terriers just don't interest me. o.o

It's astounding to see how much detail you put into these. They each have such unique expressions and capture their breed so well. I think my personal faves are the Border, Irish, and Pit Bull terriors, though they all look flawless to me.

save the best for last! and you shoooould. dog shows are so much fun, all-breeds and specialties... unless you're handling someones dog who will not cooperate and you're about to jump out of the ring and hide in embarassment, and you're told by the judge that you need to spend more time with the dog you're handling.
