will be scrapped eventually.Rottweiler character designs I'm going to use for my entry to the Animclip Challenge. :3 I aim to get it done as soon as I can. I wanted to play around with varying designs/personalities within a particular breed, 'twas a lot of fun!

Lovely Rottie studies! I'm in love with the one on the bottom right and I rather like that disgruntled one at the top ^^ I love these dogs. Most of the one's I've met have been teddy bears. It's too bad they have a dodgey reputation

oh gosh Rotties are the awesome. :3 I love drawing different breeds, it makes a nice change and in my case I find that I really get to study and appreciate them more aesthetically.
it always depends on the owner, be it a toy poodle or a pitbull!

Rottweilers are a great breed, I like the one in the bottom righthand corner. So many people make their canines have generic wolflike forms, your canine art is always refreshing. Good luck to you in the contest! I hope you win

Nice Swift! It's fun to see the variation within breeds :3 I've done a similar study in the past of chows [though I would be lucky to find it now] and of huskies.
I love watching your 'scraps' - it's a rewarding treasure-chest of surprises! I'm really liking the sorta front-on view in the middle-left :3 reminds me a bunch of a Rotti I worked with over the summer named Bubba :3 What a lover he was!

oh man I would have loved to see you playing around with chow and husky character designs. SO much fun aaahhh. everytime I do something like this I am reminded of why I am in my chosen prefession. :3
I am glad you like my scraps too, so few people seem to. Rotties are such silly dogs, I love them. I love how they're put together too - they have the mastiff stubby roundish bullet-shape without being to jowly. :3 studying different breeds really helps you gain an appreciation for each one!! it's probably why I've formed an emotional attachment to near every breed I have a character of! xD

:3 I'll have to see if I can find the stacks of paper. It's not all in one place usually.. rather it's a few faces or expressions here, a gesture or pose there, etcetera

heh, that was the generic stack pose reffed deliberately off the AKC website in order to understand the anatomy better, lawl. xDD the whole left page is just me drawing from photos and pictures and the right is ref-less freeform playing around. basically how I design characters. it's so much fun. :3
