Description
F-101F on the engine trim pad at Tyndall AFB. We could run only one engine with the afterburner lit. Both engines could be run to full military out of burner at the same time.Related content

I was run up and taxi qualified on these. It was a lot of fun when the tower said to cross the runway without delay! I never did hit burner on the taxiway, but I know some who did! I did give it max throttle to get across though. I guess it qualifies for nostalgic, but that makes me feel old! LOL
