Description
Wendy is one of the smallest engines on Fairy Rail, but despite this she works hard and does her best to be helpful to the others. One day, the little engine was puffing along with some milk tankers to Natsu's Junction. Natsu's junction is situated at the top of Clover Incline, the steepest gradient on Fairy Rail. "Here we go, Carla!" She whistled. Wendy gave a great huff as she puffed and chuffed her hardest to scale the gradient. Behind her arrived Evergreen with a long, heavy express. Railway regulations stated that trains longer than 10 vehicles were required to stop and wait for a banker, including expresses.

"FWOOPOOP! Banker please!" Evergreen crowed. Freed, the banker engine at the bottom of Clover Incline chuffed up and buffered onto the brake coach of the express, then gave the signal. Pushing and pulling together, Freed and Evergreen clawed their way up the incline. They were almost to the top when they caught up to Wendy. "Slow coach!" Evergreen huffed.
