The passengers were aboard and the guard, whistled.

"Come along, girls! We mustn't be late! Mustn't be late!" Proteus puffed to them as he set off out of the station. He jolted forward with them, accidentally bumping the coaches. "Ow! Ow! Ow!" They shrieked. Proteus was finding it a bit difficult in keeping the coaches happy.
