Description
The sketch looked better?Ether way, spring is in the air, my friends, and after such a long, long winter, there is bound to be a need for some SPRING CLEANING!
With that happy though in mind, somehow my mind started to wander how spring cleaning would undergo over at 221B 1/2 Baker Street... Naturally Mrs. Judson would probably threaten to throw all of Basil's chemicals out into the wash if he wouldn't tidy up ("This house is worse then a mine field, Mr. Basil! One falty mood and the whole thing can go up in smoke. I insist you clean up or I'll make sure you'll have nothing left to clean up! You chose.") Olivia on the other hand (who... is visiting?) is more then happy to help our now grumpy detective, yet in her eagerness would only end up with troubling the detective rather then help him. Or amusing?
"My, my, young lady, one should be more careful when dealing with cleaning utensils. Wouldn't want one to sweep you away now, would we?"
I love the interaction between these two so much!
Happy spreeng cleaning!
P.S. I might be reopening commissions in the near future... so would anyone be interested?

Basil's having FAR too much fun cleaning. Look at that happy smile on his face! XD And Olivia! LOL. That soap box is a little too much for her.

OMG, I've been doing spring cleaning, too! Not kidding! I have friends coming to visit in a few weeks, so I've started cleaning! This is incredibly adorable as always.
I love Olivia's pouty expression with Basil looking on as if he's saying, "Oh, come on, it's not that bad!" Actually, it is bad. The poor kid is sitting on a mop, she's going to have a wet, soapy butt!
I figured Olivia wrote on the box; Basil would never write that 'K' backwards!
This duo can be so funny in almost any scenario!

I just love spring cleaning! Good music on the radio, mop and soap in hand and SPLASH! Brilliant way to spend your week-end. Only downside is that I know it will get dirty again... an hour later XD
Yes, these two are just adorable together: both childish yet serious (at least, they do a decent enough job pretending they are) and simply perfect as a duo. I bet you Dawson's having the time of his life by simply watching them It's not like the two would notice ether way - Basil is probably too amused himself and Olivia is too busy throwing glares at that bar of soap
(yes, theoretically, the thing her right foot is up should be soap)

It's a good feeling, too! To get things out of clutter and organized, throw away things no longer needed, and putting everything in its place. For Basil, it helps to keep it cluttered because he can find things better! Living with Mrs. Judson, though, it can't last for long!
Basil is like a child in an adult body while Olivia is a child but can sometimes act very much like an adult! Go figure! It's as if their roles switch at times. I wrote a scene of Dawson watching with amusement when Olivia was exhausted and Basil offered his services of carrying her on his back. Dawson tried desperately not to laugh, thinking the two should start some comedy routine on stage. If I were Olivia in that picture, I'd be miserable too. My dress and panties are wet and soapy!

I'm so happy to know you happy
The brown thinghy on the wall was suppose to be a framed picture (to lazy to draw the picture though)
It's called recycling Using one pointless thing and turn it into something of use... wait a minute... Isn't that MY PAINTBRUSH?!?!!?
Erm, no - that one is a stray bubble, but I congratulate you for your keen eyes. I didn't even notice it XD
And Olivia would do just about anything to help... reason why I just love her

Your paintbrush, mmh? Well, at least it is in good hands (maybe a bit broken and I am sure it will be completely destroyed by the end of the day...^^) ..

Too cute!

Aww, this is way too cute! But, Basil cleaning? For some reason, I can't really picture that. Then again, if his stuff was being used as a threat against him, he would probably do what he was told. Terrific work, Jessica!
I wish I could have had a winter! Puerto Rico tends to lack on that season. Still, this is actually on the verge of motivating me to clean the apartment.

Of course he was threatened! How dare you suggest anything else. It was the lesser of two evils, I tell you! His evil landlady would have disposed of something IMPORTANT - and though the dust would certainly be missed, at least he keeps his "junk" as dear Olivia dubs them
But one over another - NOBODY SAYS NO TO MRS. JUDSON! She will ALWAYS HAVE IT HER WAY! (she is the landlady, after all)
Oh, we haven't had much snow till this year for... years. The last time I remember a winter so cold and long must have been around the time I was six or seven. You can imagine, this year we had quite a surprise
Thank you for the comment and fave!

Lol, okay! I will never suggest such a thing again.
Well, winter is non-existent here. That's what happens when you live on a tropical island.
You're welcome!
