Series: Let's Cook! Cooking TutorialsLesson 1: Gyouza - Part 2: Assembly
I WOULD have drawn hands, except I suck, and honestly, this bit is hard enough to do without my drawings mucking up the process any further.

hmmmm.... the way you make them is kinda like a combination of folding wontons and folding jiaozi.

This looks a lot like a south-american meal called 'empanada' - same principle, meat-mix inside doe, then it's cooked. Tends to prove there's more that makes all Humans similar than different

every culture has a meat-dumpling thingy, because meat, dough, and frying in oil are three steps closer to nirvana, trufax.

nice, i think the pics were better way to go because it shows how it "should" look in a realistic way. drawings do confuse people more than photos.

how much water do you use on the skin? it could also be that you're stuffing too much into it.

the day before, I helped clean out my grand-parents' house, so afterward, I had to clean my nails in order to be presentable to the pulbic (both my grandma and my mother use the same phrase - it's almost bizarre)

i think i will, but it depends on the recipe... i'm thinking fried rice or onigiri (rice balls) next, but i don't want to do just japanese cooking.

uuhhhmmm... i don't really do any traditional hawaiian dishes, unless you count kailua pork... and even then, it's half-assed (since i don't go out and butcher the pig, dig the pit or pick the leaves for wrapping the pig in. altho, that'd be one hella-funny comic. scar some vegetarians. ) The closest i can get besides that is making mai-tais...
again, a cocktail-mixing tutorial WOULD also be pretty lulzy.
