Being the only child of Orchard Blossom and Soarin, two of the most relaxed and chill and not-talkative ponies ever, they birthed the most chatty pony ever. Apple Spice loves to gossip, especially about relationships. There are no such things as secrets to Apple Spice.

She works with Cold Brew at Donut Joe's cafe (she tried working at the Cake's shop in Ponyville but she decided she wanted to move to the "big city"; she hopes to open her own shop in Cloudsdale or Manehatten one day with Cold Brew, if the Royal Guard doesn't work out for him).

Y'know the phrase "I'm a lover, not a fighter"? Apple Spice is both. She's rough and tumble and always covered in bruises. Growing up in the Apple Family definitely contributed to this (Apple family top hog wrestling champ ten years running). She's actually Sudden Turbulence's best sparring partner (he never admits that he almost always loses).

The Royal Guard has actually been trying to recruit her, but she has politely declined their offers telling them "Ah'm not really all for the fancy weapons n' such. There's no hog wrestling job in the guard. Plus I got mah business to work toward." Turbulence and Brew are both a little peeved by this, since they've both tried to get into the Royal Guard and failed. This is basically the only thing she won't mock those two about.
