I decided to make a tutorial for you all. It's been about 6-8 months since I made one and I have developed more as an artist so I figured a new tut was needed.There are 4 parts.

Paint Tool Sai for part 1-2 and Photoshop Elements 9 for parts 3-4

I used to do all photoshop. then I found Sai and I like the lines it make over the lines photoshop makes. thats the only real reason I start with it
