Description
IDEOKOM is a part secret police, part court for political crimes and part state cult. Its task is to preserve the Republic's egalitarian patriotic ideals and ensure its continuity throughout the generations, through any means deemed necessary.

Political Commissars are IDEOKOM's primary means of directing its many and various operations ranging from public education to domestic surveillance. Having graduated from IDEOKOM's Institute of Ideological Studies (IIS), these men and women are masters of human psychology, sociology, history and the political sciences as well as highly devoted students of the SPPI state ideology. Deeply indoctrinated in its egalitarian tenets, commissars swear their entire lives to preserve the peace and harmony of the Republic whether through keeping the ideology strong in public propaganda efforts or combating the subversive elements from the shadows.

A typical cell under the command of a Commissar consists of Auditors (officials who check government and corporate records for any signs of corruption and financial crimes), sleeper agents and a handful of paramilitary troops mainly for self-protection. As they receive more powerful Warrants and become more specialised in a particular type of operation, they can requisition more types of assets. Public Education Commissars can be deployed in schools to supervise propaganda efforts and take command of OSCR youth groups. Spymasters on the other hand can request access to IDEOKOM's more secretive resources; black ops agents, the power to order assassination missions against civilians and stealth equipment.
