Both should work together, since the theme-files are in a different folder.
But i would advice you to install DarkOne4Mod in a portable foobar2000 version first to try it out.

Btw. there's a bugfix on the way (for the issues with Quicksearch toolbar).
So i advice you to save your JScripts (with the custom buttons) to import them easily after importing the new bugfixing FCL!
I first had the idea that only the PSS script that contains the Quicksearch Toolbar has to be updated, but i need to move the toolbar to an own PSS (otherwise there are some issues on small resolutions...).
So its necessary to update the whole FCL file... or i get a flash of genius in the meantime...

Just installed it on both my PCs! Installed easily, just had to update columns UI manually to 5.0 !
First off looks amazing! Awesome upgrade, however I have issues on my 4k ultrabook!

The whole UI on this version is great on my 4k (3840 x 2160) 15" ultrabook except for 3 elements! The panels to the right and left of the album art panel. (Playlist and library views) as well as the search bar are still very small as they were in the last version!
Not sure if there is a remedy for this on my end, I can change font size but that's about it as far as I know, and that doesn't work well at all, it simply cuts off text.

Any ideas tedgo ? Might just be something you have to fix when you feel like it, but maybe there is a magic button you worked in there to fix this cause you obviously put in effort to make it work on high resolution screens

I couldn't tested my config on 4k so i haven't had any idea for this "magic button".
But this looks like it could easily solved by raising font size in Columns UI as described in chapter 3, Manual4Mod.pdf (Ctrl+P --> Columns UI --> Colours and fonts --> Fonts tab).
If the text is truncated, the line height needs to be fixed (have forgot to mention it in the Manual4Mod.pdf... i think i better had it rewritten from scratch...).
Let me know if its needed and i tell you what you need to do

Btw. Yippieh! I made no mistakes in my calculations for resizing the config up to 4k!
Only Quicksearch toolbar looks way too " flat"...

Gah, apologies! I always feel terrible when something is in the manual and I didn't read it thoroughly enough to catch what I was looking for when you put the effort into making one.

So I changed the font size, and that did fix the left panel completely. However the right panel text does become truncated quite badly I did figure out where to change the line height (I think)
Here's a screenshot of that setting. Right Click + Settings on the right panel opens this. Changed the option "Row height" from 25 to 60.

HUGE improvement with these changes, fixed everything! Well except for the search bar, increasing the font size actually pushes the search icon downwards. So once that is fixed this skin is 4k certified haha!
Great work on the calculations, especially considering you didn't have access to a 4k screen to test on! If you'd like me to test anything, or get screenshots of the skin running in 4k then I'd be glad to help if you'd like!

Yes, increasing row height was the correct way
(Although the rating area is still too small and the distance between the columns is also too small...
A "task" for the next update )

But you may need to do it for the other two playlist views, too

Good to know... this i guess needs an "improvement"...
I will see if i find time on weekend to fix it

Awesome! and yes haha I just checked those views they do need to be altered as well

As for the search bar I guess it does need a little work. I don't know how many others are using this yet on a 4k screen and it could very well just be me.
In which case don't rush to get it done for me I'm just glad I have the new release

I'll be sure to update you if I come across any other "bugs" using it in 4k!

The small rating area and the small column distance in ELPlaylist as well.

Btw. if the Analog VU Meter is too blurry in 4k, in the settings folder are Skins for 4k (they just needs to be copied to user-components/foo_vis_vumeter folder).
But they may be very power consumpting...

But you should read chapter 1 in the manual carefully!
Some parts of the config look very ugly after FCL-import, because Columns UI doesn't remembers frame styles and some checkboxes...

I thought about releasing my config with the columns ui configuration file to solve this, but don't know if some other CUI settings may be "overwritten" then...
