Physical Description:
Strong without being overly muscular and quite voluptuous. Just on sight alone you wouldn't suspect that Lady Injustice can throw an airplane at you. She has soft curves that don't quit - some argue that there is no way that her curves are natural but they are. She is practically genetically built to be as alluring and irresistible as she is. Lady Injustice has pale white skin with jet black hair and wears dark makeup around her eyes and ruby redder than red lipstick. Her Lady Injustice outfit is tight shiny black latex with a deep crimson belt and her "hero" outfit is a blue suit with a red cape and blue with white trim boots and gloves.
Personality/Back Story:
Lady Injustice is twisted and relentless. For reasons she has yet to reveal, she is fixated on one super heroine in particular - Andromeda. She is so fixated on Andromeda that she has incorporated much of Andromeda's costume scheme into her own. Her hatred for Andromeda consumes her, it's almost all she can think about. Lady Injustice doesn't just want to destroy Andromeda as many enemies do, she wants to first destroy her life by taking over every aspect of it, and watch Andromeda suffer as she loses everything and everyone. After taking over her life, Lady Injustice then plans on killing everyone that Andromeda holds dear - friends, family, loved ones - while Andromeda watches. Then and only then - once Andromeda "truly knows pain, will she be allowed to die".
In order to accomplish this goal, Lady Injustice decided to first reveal herself as a Super Heroine named Lady Justice. She is a patient woman, and soon decided that her victory would be more delicious if she carried out her plans by first becoming as close to her prey as she could. Lady Injustice has yet to reveal her true nature or her plans, but is currently causing miscief and distrust between Andromeda and her friends. Other than being hellbent on Andromeda, she is psychotic - willing to kill anyone on a whim and she is very hedonistic - and takes pleasure from all sorts of things. Typically, when she is out for a "good time" she will mate, and then kill the person without hesitation.
Powers:
Flight - can achieve and maintain Mach-1 with ease, cannot exceed this by much though
Super Strength - can lift up to 100 tons without strain - 150 tons max
Invulnerability - can take quite a pounding - bullets and energy blasts bounce off her skin
Telepath - can read other peoples thoughts, and make mental "suggestions", unable to fully control someone else's mind, but can lead them to draw the conclusions she wants them to have

It was true, you had a few characters at the top of the food chain who would essentially destroy Superman with 2-3 hits and they had additional super powers to boot.

That's one of the reasons I've always hesitated making super strong characters. To me the more interesting stories can be told for characters that are more well rounded. Take the Topaz vs. CD story for example, it was really fun and involving to write that as you had two mostly evenly matched ladies trading wits, gadgets, and skills as they each tried to out do the other. To me that is a lot more fun than writing Villain B hits Hero A in the face with a telephone pole, Hero A smacks Villain B with limousine...and so on and so forth. I mean I enjoy scenes of Hulk cutting loose now and then, but overall I think it is hard to tell stories when your main characters are impossibly powerful.

yeah, it wasnt set at a level that allowed her flexibility in stories. kinda stuck facing only Andrea at that point, otherwise she'd be too strong

To be honest, though I am not a big fan of the movie Man of steel, it did show in quite eye opening detail what would happen if characters with extreme strength let loose in a city.
I was appalled lol. How do people get building insurance in those cities, and how would live there. The average wage would have to buck the national average wage by multiples lol.
Add to that the difficulty in writing a flexible story as you say, when she is that strong either she kills her opponent, you have to create stronger heroes for her to fight, or you underwrite her as we discussed a few days ago and have her under use her powers to avoid ruining your stories by pulping everyone.
It is the same problem for comic writers and Superman. It is hwy he regularly gets nerfed. Alas, in the age old game of equating upping the Ante with Michael Bay like action, he slowly creeps back up the power scales and the cycle starts again.
There was a very good set of RPG Hero games I played a few years ago, Godlike and W.I.L.D. Cards and in the back of the W.I.L.D cards rule book it basically equated the amount of character creations points players had to universe power levels.
So say, 10 was Batman, 20 Defenders, 30 X-men etc
Now, I didn't use numbers like that when creating Verdant, but I did have it in my mind that I wanted a low to medium power setting. While I wanted epic teams ups, I also wanted the Mob to be a threat to at least some of the Heroines and so on because I wanted that gritty, street level feel for most of the stuff.
It certainly makes it far easier to write stories for characters that can't just "Hulk" up at the end of a story and punch their way out.

Great picture. She looks great. I prefer the Lady Justice side. And there are so many possibilitys. A heroine hautned by a dark side (or secret). Reminds me of Phoenix / Dark Phoenix. Hope to see more of her!
