Having Bardock could potentially allows them to foresee instant changes? Things that are happening as they distort history by creating new timelines, that haven't technically unfolded yet and would kind of be a waste to time travel to the future for just to see what happens in said timeline, then come back? I remember reading somewhere ( i think DB wikia) that he could remember his actions as a oozaru. It means he mastered that form, or am i wrong?

Yes and no. Bardock never bothered to master his Oozaru form, so he won't bother trying to master Super Saiyan either; meaning he won't have the control to reign in the merger and he's not like Goku, no one is going to try and snap him out of it.
