How did you go about Coldβs (and well the Raiokutians I general) age? I know Freezaβs age is unknown as there isnβt any confirmed or insinuated information about him or Coldβs age.

It's almost entirely cosmetic in the project. If his lowest form could somehow fight his strongest form, the low one could still win without much trouble.

I plan on updating Cold forms sometime in the future and would like to keep the basic traits the same, but Frost is complicating things. The fact that he's from an alternate universe, but still has forms that match up with Freeza's...well, I'm not sure I should be trying to make things unique for their race anymore. :/
Shiva is floating in the aether right now. She exists, but my original background for her (and my Saiyan, Wakame) was almost literally the exact same as Episode of Bardock, sans time travel. So once that came out, I just never updated anything for her. Before I make a chart, she needs a new bio and I really want to update her design too now that we have more examples of the race via the series, Heroes, Xenoverse, etc.

The only "people" who had their DNA contributed to Cell's development were Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo, Freeza and Cold (I go by the manga). Everything else came from various other lifeforms, like bugs. So, I don't really think the wings need explaining. Though I would like something to be said on why he lost them for his middle form...

Ignoring the ridiculous amounts of power assigned to the forms, the appearances are too typically cliche. The one looks too much like Freeza's third form and the other is basically Freeza and Coola's true forms fused together and Cold's face added in. My designs may not be the best, but they should have gotten more creative.

I forget is Cold was weaker then Freeza. Definitely more of a dick but not sure if weaker. Kudos for adding those "shouder handles" Cooler had in his final form, it stumped me how a enemy wouldent think of grabbing them.
Power wise where would you put final form Cold? If hes indeed weaker than Freeza then id say hes at least equal to semi perfect Cell.

Cold is weaker than Freeza.
Still weaker than Freeza. Freeza created his forms to suppress his power to a controllable level, but none of the others are said to have that problem. So Cold either doesn't have transformations, or releasing them wouldn't raise his power any significant amount because if he did have transformations that made him stronger than his son, he wouldn't have kept calling Freeza and the Super Saiyans the "strongest in the universe" and he would have tried to transform instead of looking like an idiot with the sword.
The transformations here were created by him over time to change his appearance to suit his needs, the power difference between the first and final is only about a million as of my current numbers.

I dont know why Freeza would even bother with Cold then. Yeah he needed his dad to patch him up after Namek but after that why bother with him anymore. They clearly didnt really care for each other as Cold freaking complimented Trunks on cutting his own son to pieces. Geez looking at that arc you really see how weak Freeza became. Even the androids in Future Trunk's timeline could annihilate Freeza let alone the suped up ones of the normal Z timeline.
On another side note. In GT regarding Super 17. I notice hes the source of alot of GT hate because they say he shouldent be able to handle SSJ4 Goku where a normal 17 was equal to Super Namek Piccolo which still got owned by first form Cell (even though Cell absorbed thousands of people beforehand). Where would you put Super 17 power wise because id have him pegged at Perfect Cell level at max. I think many overlook that Super 17 absorbed a load of SSJ4 Goku's attacks which would make sense on how he was able to be a issue but at the beginning GT Vegeta decks him in the face and it doesn't even phase him.

They care about each other in their own way. Cold is weaker than Freeza, that much is clear, but we're never told by how much. Whatever his level of power is, Freeza thought that adding it to his own would be enough to take down the Super Saiyan, so it can't be too pathetic. Despite the fact that Cold would still be obscenely strong compared to anyone else in the organization, he still took the time to look for his son. If he just wanted him out of the way so that he could take over as boss, he could have left him to die. His conversation with Trunks was just his attempt to save his own ass, because he's a coward in the face of such overwhelming strength.
The Jinzoningen in Trunks' timeline aren't weaker than the main timeline. Just like when they fought Gohan, they weren't using their full power on Trunks so that they could prolong the fun with their plaything. The main timeline models didn't hold back because they had more than a handful of opponents.
I don't really care. Super 17 is the most inconsistent of all the arcs in the series and I don't plan on trying to dissect it. Like you said, he absorbs a lot of energy from characters and becomes more than even SS4 Goku can handle. That's his entire gimmick, everything else doesn't really matter.

I understood Super 17 absorbing all the energy. That part at least made sense. What I dont get is that he is completely shrugs of anything until Goku shows up. He takes a solid punch to the face from Vegeta and even takes his Final Shine attack, which is supposedly his strongest attack he has without so much as flinching. That and I never got how Hell Fighter 17 was made.

The whole arc is just nonsense. 17 ignores everything that happens before Goku arrives, absorbs enough energy to dwarf SS4 Goku, and then is defeated by two peons; 18's Continuous Kikoha and a base Goku Ryuken. Just poor writing, which as I've said before, is what most of GT is about; good ideas with a poorly written execution.
