Organization of Babidi's race who were there to witness the rise and fall of the original Majin, Ozotto, and were determined to recreate his "holy" power for themselves in order to accomplish their goals.
Her name is just Pocus, like his name is just Buu. In Japanese, Kaioshin introduces him as a "majin named 'Buu'", so Majin was more like a title (which eventually became a race).

when you say "not as strong as buu" do you mean majin buu or good hearted buu? and i love how this story is shaping up to be with three majins and the original majin teaming up and eventually fighting the Z-fighters

Both...I think. It's a question I can't answer right now, and not because its a spoiler, but because I haven't reworked that far into my list of powers yet. I've only done up to around the Saiyan Arc until I actually write that part of the story and see if I can fit in the power boosts I've given characters without sacrificing the story quality in the process, that way if I have to change something, I don't have to work to correct another 20 story arcs. lol
Last time I checked, she came in just under Mister Buu. That still put her at "SS3 tier" with how I handled explaining the craziness that is Buu's changes, because the two of them are weaker than SS3 Goku and the evil forms of Buu, but still stronger than a SS2 at that point in time thanks to the gap the multiplier gives.
BTW, did I miscount a Majin? lol Ozotto, Pocus, Lakaz vs. Z Senshi and Friends...

no you didn't miscount, i did, i don't know where the three majins came from, i was probably counting ozotto as one of the majins and then stopped typing due to a distraction, and then kind of reset my brain before typing, counting ozotto as both a majin and the original majin, and that all makes sense and i can see how you wouldn't want to plan too far ahead and then have to rewrite a bunch of stuff once you get that far

Yeah. I stick with my general and brief timeline/outline for the overall story. Occasionally I'll plan out some major details that I know I want to happen in a specific way, but most of it is just minor guidelines and rough power estimates. For example "Raditz arrives after Garlic Jr. Relevant Powers: Raditz-2,000/Son Goku: 1,100/Piccolo: 1,000/Son Gohan: 700/When Angered: 1,400 - 2,100". Much easier to rework that than some huge long novel and power list just because I decided I couldn't give Goku a power boost that I wanted in the Red Ribbon Army Arc. lol

No. In general, I'm not altering big events unless there are contradictions between the different parts of the franchise, like Goku doing whatever he did in the end of GT and the plot of his DBO fight with Vegeta. I'm certainly not going to create my own contradiction by replacing an official, yet unseen character, with one I created myself. My characters aren't more important than the official ones. ^^

No one will go nuts like Buu did (except maybe Broli, but even then it's not quite the same). He's my favorite villain (I think), I'm not copying his personality or actions to anyone. ^^
