Though it's neat to see each forms of Boo rearranged, i wonder if Super Kamikaze Boo Ghost could be moved on the right as opposed to be over Pure Boo.

Could there be? Sure. That doesn't mean they should be on here; it plays out like the series. Piccolo is stronger than the boys, and so he's dominant once Gotenks wears off. Later, the boys are removed before Piccolo, so he can't "downgrade" to their absorption.

I think Buu plays the Bishonen Line in the creature to almost human, in a way that is different from Freeza and Cell, if you look at things from Pure to Super Evil Buu (Gohan). First Pure Buu is a smaller chaotic imp with unpredictable battle style and an embodiment of insanity, Β with his next form(South Kai Absorption) he Β becomes a muscular and massive, become a primal/savage animal in mind, a slight improvement over mindless chaos he had before. With his third form (Grand Supreme Kai Absorption), he becomes the plump creature that has the mind of a child, but is able to think/speak coherently. When he expels the Pure Evil Buu, the form is a far more humanoid form compared to the third, able to speak more intelligently than Fat Buu. The fourth/Evil Buu form is a muscular man except with a noseless face, black eyes, pink skin and antenna on his head, able to think on a higher level. Gotenks/Piccolo Absorption gives him a humanoid face as well as clearer tone of speak and Gohan's gave him a chin. At this point, Buu is a fully near human, and I presumably if he absorbed Vegetio properly, he'd have become even more humanlike.

How does he get the 3rd 'form' on the sheet? And why does his tentacle grow when "absorbing" Vegito? Also, um, sorry, but why 2 new chars?

The pink, skinny version? Or the grey one? Either way, he's just created pink and then manipulates his body to turn himself gray, like he did with rearranging his face to the magazine guy to try and kiss the girl.
His tentacle is the exact same length when he "absorbs" Vegetto as when he absorbs Gohan, because it's just the Gohan Buu without a shirt...because Vegetto has the shield.
You've already seen the two new characters, and read the things for their links to the Ozotto Arc. Stories with just one character or boring. You need others to flesh out plots.

When he's formed, they had the "I'm Buu" fight. He just doesn't want to be like the other Buu. Once the fat one disappears, he's the only Buu. So he doesn't care about the color.
I guess? That seems to be the logic in the series. The what-ifs from Budokai 2 don't follow this pattern though. Β So I dunno. It's not something I'm worried about sorting out, as very little about Buu makes sense.
How does it seem arbitrary? Have you not read Dragon Ball? Everyone has minions at the beginning, because it's boring and difficult to tell a story at the beginning with just one character. Imagine Freeza without Zarbon, Dodoria, and the Ginyus. Namek would have sucked.

It seems arbitrary because you're making a project including all official DB stuff, yet you are adding stuff of your own (creation). It's not like I mind or I'm reprimanding you or anything, as always, I'm just sayin'... And I'm very familiar with Toriyama liking to introduce characters in duos+, so that it isn't as boring and feels more natural, yes. I guess he isn't really a fan of narration/exposition (and I can see why).

I was talking more about the game having Buu's testicle grow longer for Freeza, but not Cell or Vegeta. "God" Freeza didn't exist then, so that isn't a valid excuse.
I'm not trying to argue or anything, just saying as well, but if I didn't add a little of my own stuff...I don't really see how I could do the project at all? There is no story for a lot of these extra characters I'm adding in. Creating said story is no different than making these new not-very-important characters to help enrich said plot further, at least to me. They are a means to an end. I could only do so much with "Ozotto comes to Earth. He or Elder Kaioshin explain his origins. Everyone fights." or "Broli comes to Earth again. Shows new SS form. Everyone fights.", ya know? That would get old with no one to bounce the villains off of but the heroes all the time, from the beginning of the arc. It'd be boring, and barely anyone would want to read it. So yes, my overall goal is to include all these official characters and a lot of the stories that will fit, but I also would like to tell good stories for the gaps I'm filling in. So I'm going to do whatever I have to to try and accomplish that, and yes that means introducing some new characters I make up as well as altering things I don't think make sense or work the best for the overall project. This doesn't mean I think I know better than Toriyama or anything. I don't expect anyone to like my work more than his. I love his work myself, which is why I just want to try and play around with things a little out of admiration for what he's done for the franchise, the fandom, etc. He's created something amazing and I want to explore that world in my own way.Β Β
To be blunt? Because I didn't want Bio-Broli as the final "Z" villain. My plans originally looked like the top list below, and I didn't really like that. Especially after the announcement of Battle of Gods and what I'd have to do to Broli's power....

Yes, to Broli's power. But I don't mean transformations. He's now scheduled for 4 appearances. One representing Movie 8 (SS), one for Movie 10 (SS2), one for Movie 11 (SS3), and then something I haven't planned out yet for the new SS4. But in each instance, I still have to power up to make him a threat each time. Since the heroes will also be training, heΒ can't just unlock a new form and be stronger since all the transformations are multipliers.

Oh. I guess. that seems to be the theory for the series, that his tentacle gets longer the more power he absorbs. Some of the what-if forms don't follow that that. The Freeza absorption has a longer one than the Vegeta or Cell absorption. Doesn't make any sense. But then again, Buu barely does make sense. Β If he had logic to him, you wouldn't combine Fat+Thin and get Super, then take Super-Fat and get Kid...

By come around, I meant confront the Z Senshi. The Makaio(shin) will be there, but it's a very minor presence. I have no plans for them to have any actual interactions with Ozotto or the main cast. More of an overseer type deal.
