Bio:
The warrior born when Goku and Vegeta, two of the greatest martial artists in the universe, perform the Fusion dance. He has overwhelming power and speed...when the technique is performed correctly. A failed fusion attempt will either result in either a stout and short or a tall and frail body which, despite his assertive personality, grants him pathetic speed and power that allows him to accomplish next to nothing. Regardless of his physique, he has inherited Goku's bang(s) and Vegeta's facial features. The hairline is predominantly Vegeta's widow's peak, but less pronounced due to Goku's influence. Like all fusions forms from the dance technique, he wears the clothes of the people of Planet Metamor.

One inconsistency that always bugged me with ssjblue was the muscle mass. During initial art from toriyama, blue is depicted as being skinny like ssjgod, (granted that could be from his current drawing style). Then in resurrection F the muscle mass is also kinda skinny, not nearly as noticeable though. Even the hair is slightly different with one bang hanging slightly lower, (noticeable in character art from FighterZ). They kept that trend over into the xenoverse games as well. From then on though its basically just a basic recolor of ssj.
With the character sheets from Broly showing just that, we can assume it will being that way going foward.

It wasn't just Toriyama's art. Yamamuro's design sheets for it depicted it the same way (while also shrinking characters arms to be above the groin for whatever nonsense reason). Why they abandoned it, I have no idea. But I liked it more that way.

Goku's altered bang also isn't supposed to be a sign of SSGSS. That's just the way Toriyama started drawing Goku in SS in recent times. So it annoys me when franchise content decides to add it only for Blue. Either add it to both, or remove it from both so the forms are consistent.
