Nappa does show small signs of compassion for his comrades, but no one else. The first thing he did when he arrived was blow up a city, and then he repeatedly went savage on every hero, asking Vegeta if he could kill them. Raditz, on the other hand, landed and only killed the farmer, who shot at him first. He did ask Goku to kill Earthlings as part of the deal to get back his son, but Radtiz himself never seemed like he was just going to go out and slaughter everyone he saw while he waited. Matter of fact, if Goku had just agreed to go with him, Radtiz may have even left the Earth in peace just to get back to their mission..which I doubt Nappa would do. Thus they are both evil, but Nappa is a little more out of control. You can't correct what doesn't exist though. Nappa does not have an official birth year, just a range. His Daizenshu 7 bio says he was in his 50s when he died. Seeing how the Saiyan Arc is in 762, that places his birth within roughly AGE 703~712.

Okay then I can't wait to see this...

Yeah that is true Nappa is more belligerent than Raditz and is more hot-tempered and having less to think about, but remember Nappa's sticks to his goals and his goal was to take over Earth along with Vegeta that was their mission on the most hand they also wanted immortality too and they were going to take over the planet once this was completed.

Remember the filler episode on Arlia? Despite Nappa having a roughneck personality and chaotic pleasure of killing people he felt honored to be called a hero and to be greeted like a good guy, but Vegeta rebutted this gratitude for higher purposes, Nappa even questioned Vegeta for killing one of their Saibamen like you stated which completely shows some good in Nappa. On that note Nappa also looked upon Vegeta as a dear friend and wasn't aware of what would happen if he lost to the Z Fighters so when Vegeta killed him it hurt his pride and trust over the person he took care of ever since he was kid, he thought when he lost Vegeta would help him, but it was never to happen that cause Nappa to have a grudge over Vegeta for a long time and still does as we saw in GT. Thats why I think he should be a neutral evil...

Yeah you could be right about that, but I would have to contradict on your statement though. You see if do a little math by comparing both Goku and Vegeta during the time of Dragon Ball before DBZ, Nappa was in his mid 40's at the time. Another statement is that in Dragon Ball games it is stated that during that the Saiyan was over his 50's when came to Earth in 762 which excludes the other ages beyond 703-704. This would have would that Nappa would be in his late 50's at the time of Saiyan Saga.

Now don't get me wrong about the facts in DBZ games, but it does set things a bit clearer in prospectives.

I'm not counting Arlia. My project is based solely on the manga and other works or information provided or directly approved by Akira Toriyama. Filler and random game information are typically irrelevant to me (unless I feel it can be worked in without contradictions, but especially when they contradict direct facts from the series proper or the proper companion information. The Daizenshu state Nappa is in his 50s, so any game stating anything outside that range is wrong and shouldn't be taken seriously.

I like to use both manga and anime in reference to understate some notations it helps quite a bit and can make since. If someone were to ask Toriyama about Nappa's sentiments then I probably say that something about Nappa being somewhat good (in his own twisted way). I see things both ways to understand certain aspects of things….even if that lays under anime shows. I know some things such as these shouldn't be taken seriously, but it does fill in a few gaps.

Personally fillers and games can support some information that probably didn't come to mind in the anime or so and can teach you a few things…take example LSSJ3 Broly even though this wasn't mentioned nor seen in the anime despite him being a new character. We now know how Broly attained such a transformation and that Broly is still out their alive trying to get back to Earth to defeat Goku.

You did say he was in his 50's right well the games state that he is over 50 which I'm trying to make this understandable is still in his 50's. So both the Daizenshu and games are right in exchange, but they wrote it out differently…gosh I hope this didn't confuse anyone.

I will, but they won't relate to the real franchise. Some characters will be made stronger and some will be made weaker in order to fit in all the extra characters from outside the main series.
