No, the tournament unfolds pretty much the same, just without Goku starting off. Boo still fails the test and puts his team at another disadvantage. He gets plenty of time to shine a bit in other arcs prior to this, and maybe after. We'll see.

Um Kanzenshuu and Toriyama stated that the saiyans don't need their tails as they became strong, but yeah, i would love to see Pan with a tail

ikr? i really like the idea of them keeping the tails. it just makes sense that, at least when you get an other-world body, you get your tail back cause it's part of your body
