Description
Milotic, known as the most beautiful pokemon, only is deemed so by the radiant perception it provides by its psychic reach, that which is naturally used to lure in its potential 'prey', creating a false sense of comfort in its presence. Without its glamor only those with an eye for serpents would consider a Milotic beautiful, its scaly body on land is thin and well equipped for fastidious crossing to and from new water sources. Despite its colorful form it is many times quite difficult to see when submerged unless within close proximity of it, the pale hues more reflective than they would seem to be on land.

So many are unaware of my devotion to this particular pokemon, I am not sure why but besides Charizard Milotic has got to be one of the cooler of the lesser acknowledged pokemon. For its design I envisioned a sort of sea snake form where the extended brows on the actual milotic are replaced by catfish-like whiskers and portions of the actual body that can flatten out and provide eel-like swimming capabilities instead of extensive, but useless, ribbons along its side.
