To all my friends and would be commenters I do apologize for the threatening sounding disclaimer, but I really want to ward off would-be art thieves. As much as I hate to say it about our wonderful website here it does have a few notorious and unscrupulous characters.

Bio;

Out of the entire Arik fleet there are few Generals as well respected and powerful as General Ratharmane. Known for his brutal effectiveness, ferocity, tactical prowess, battle scars, and larger Chin (By Arik Standards his chin is rather large), Ratharmane has made a career of serving the Arik Councilors with the utmost brutality and loyalty and has powered through incredible injuries in the name of his people's honor.

Gaining his signature eye patch and torn lip flesh early on in his career Ratharmane's gruesome appearance and incredible durability have served him well in gaining his revered reputation. His incredible tactics and ability to strike down any target he was pointed at soon gained him great favor with the Councilors and saw to his early promotion to General.

It was during one of his earlier missions that he fought a Dregotion Admiral on board the Admiral's Flagship and received several of his now iconic injuries. During the fight the Dregotion Admiral managed to gain the upper hand against the still young Ratharmane and broke one of his legs and sent him falling to the floor. Once upon the floor the Admiral proceeded to carve off Ratharmane's tail and stab him in the lower back in an attempt to paralyze him before carving open his stomach. As a final act of disrespect to dishonor him the Admiral did not finish Ratharmane off and instead left him to bleed to death (One of the ultimate disrespects in Arik culture) while he abandoned his now compromised vessel and activated the self destruct.

Ratharmane survived this encounter by crawling down three decks to the nearest escape pod, using an Arik Medical Stapler to stable his stomach wound shut, and waited for 4 hours before he was rescued. Upon rescue and after receiving medical treatment Ratharmane was told that he would never be able to walk again due to the spinal injure, while this later turned out not to be true Ratharmane has never been able to recover the lost muscle mass in his legs leaving his legs spindly and thin.

Since then he has fought in many wars, lost his left arm during his campaign to exterminate the majority of the Dregotion Royal families, and trained in many rituals to increase his combat skills. During the forty years after many of his injuries Ratharmane has become known to his people as the unbeatable warrior in both ground warfare and ship to ship engagements. As such he receives many offers by other large Arik houses to honor them by producing a child with one of their women or to train their existing children in battle.
