Okay, I know I have described them many times in my Halo fanfics, but lastnight until 11:00 and this afternoon I sat down and drew them! Here they are, The Flood in their newly evolved superior Combat Forms.

These buggers are ALOT harder to kill than normal. They can take massive amounts of damage before falling. They have combined the Infection Form in the Chest with the remaining head of the host, creating a new Flood Head. The Brain of the Host is pulled up inside of the Infection Form into a hallow pocket and makes manipulation of the host's nervous system easier and more responsive. The Skull of the host has been broken down and also sucked inside of the Infection Form and used to strengthen the Infection Form which is being used as the new upper jaw. These things are under no sercumstance to be taken lightly!
