Part 48 of my Web Comic, MLP Without Magic.EDIT: YAY, EQD.
This is basically an end-cap for the Sweet Apple Acres section of my comic, I'm going in a slightly different direction after this.
I'm not deliberately making Celestia mean or stupid, she just needs to be a little oblivious to Twilight's plight. If Celestia knew how much Twilight was hurting, or if she figured out that Twilight was putting on a front for her, she's probably give Twilight her horn and Cutie mark back right away. Which would more or less end the comic.
As I'm mostly reusing vectors, I've experimented with different colors and shadings from my normal pages. It's not even close to the pro-quality of some of the other comics on this site, but it's a little more adventurous than is normal for me.
EDIT: Celesti DOES remember what she did to Twilight. She just thinks that it's odd that Twilight is referring to herself as an Earth Pony. In Celestia's mind, Twilight is still a Unicorn. Even without her horn.

How long Celestia will act like ignorant and stupid before she will finally open her eyes.
I understand that this comic is a parody, but this Celestia slowly start to iritates me. How long before she will find out that entire ponyville started to fight one another with hate for unicorns growing in strength while Twilight experienced horrors, one after another, because if it al ends with "Thank you Princess, you have taught me a valiuable lesson, THE END" than I will be very very dissapointed.

Well, I actually need Celestia to be ignorant.
If Celestia actually realized what was going on she's turn Twilight back really quickly, and the comic would be really short.
Just think of Celestia as being a little isolated. She only knows what is going on from Twilight's letters, and Twilight is hiding things form her.

But even as Luna warn her that she is doing a mistake, she still remains ignorant. It really really hurts her character and is dangerously on the line between ignorance and stupidity.

Well, yeah... a hornless unicorn is still a unicorn. Earth pony magic doesn't just come with the lack of horn.

Well ... I think there's more to it than that.
In her heart, Twilight is still a Unicorn.
Even if Celestia had turned her into a Griffin, Celestia would still think of Twilight as being a Unicorn and would expect Twilight to think that same thing.

Celestia is always putting Twilight (or just about any mane 6, especially Fluttershy in Keep Calm and Flutter On episode) in a whipped up task without any hint or tips on the solution which Twilight always has to come up with a solution to solve it. Actually, Celestia did this all the time. This comic just need to adjust the beginning to make Celestia give Twilight the Become the Earth Pony Task in a formal way instead of poof her directly to be an Earth Pony claiming she use magic too much which make her a jerk, this comic will make better fan comic.

Ah, but that's only your point of view. What I saw was no rhyme or reason for Twilight to be rejected and one has to think long and hard to understand where I'm coming from. In "Twilight's Kingdom", I see Celestia's choices for dealing with Tirek as among the dumbest in the series.

they didn't have much of a choice send m6 they get drained, send other ponies they get drained, they fite tirek they might get drained, discord can find him an stop him as hes was definitely too strong to be drained and hoping he wouldnt betray him think she saw it and didnt have a choice

And Discord could not be trusted. You see what the problem is? Tirek was created to be a Mary sue, so quite frankly, just opting to fight and capture Tirek was stupid. In cases like this, just let the bad guy win because it's no fun even trying if Tirek is capable of... this.
