Description

While Alex walks Lyndsey over to his family, she was greeted by all the young animals that purred, chirped, and and rubbed their heads against their newest member.

Lyndsey turns towards Kamala and sees the lioness welcome her new daughter with a gentle nuzzle and purrs softly before she guided her towards the center of the pride. There she soon comes face-to-face with Zoma, who looks at Alex, and is happy for his son. He hadn't seen Alex this happy since he was a child, and it meant the whole world to Zoma, to see that his son had finally found someone to fall in love with, and he himself had been given a second chance at fatherhood.

While Lyndsey is getting acquainted with her new family, Alex’s heart is flooded with happiness, as he watches the girl he loves, being accepted by the Herd. With his mother and father finally accepting Lyndsey, it looked like Alex’s world was now complete, as he finally felt he belonged with his family, and also having his love at his side.

With all the animals surrounding Lyndsey, she looks back at Alex, and places her hand on his chest, and gives him a knowing look before clearing her throat and getting down on all fours.

Building up all her strength, Lyndsey recites a very familiar series of small growls and roars. One that had been taught to her by Alex himself.

‘I’ve decided to stay.’

As the animals cheer and roar happily in response, Zoma gives Lyndsey a heartwarming smile, before letting out a similar series of roars, to which Alex and the animals all nod in affirmation, but Lyndsey does not understand.

Lyndsey: *Turning to Alex* What did he say?

Alex: *smiling* He said “Let’s Go Home.”

Putting his right arm around Lyndsey's back, Alex sweeps the Herd's newest member off her feet and into his arms, bridal style, as he follows the rest of the Herd back into the Jungle, towards their Den beneath the shelter of the Deitree, as Lyndsey keeps her arms tightly wrapped around the shoulders of her true love.
