yeh, this was a commish i did for a mate.she's gonna have this accompany her resume or sumfin.. dunno..
anyways, i was lookin @ Superman:Infinite City when i did this... Meglia did a kick-ass job on that book... KICK-ASS
SOOOO i hadta try that cel shade character/painty-like BG's.... i think it came out nice...

wow, this turned out great! i think the cel-shading on top of more painterly backgrounds looks really nice. my favorite pannel is the second one from the left on top. great perspective. really looks like a still from an animation.
like the really harsh blown out lighting that's in the whole piece. i don't know, i think this is one of my favorites from you in a while
