I should clarify, how do you achieve your white corona around your figure. Is there an easy quickie technique?

your tutorial solves some of the colour issues i've been fighting with recently, (been leary of hue, and saturation) but how do you achieve your symmetrical outlining of your character?
I've experimented with masking, then inverting then brushing around my focal point character, but this is sloppy and slow.....is there a way to expand and contract your mask? Help?

Ahh, that's an easy one. once you get the selection around your character however you go about doing it. I personally just select every flat layer, skin, clothing, hair until I have a selection around the character. Then goto Select>Modify>Expand Then do like 20px. which gives you a little bit bigger selection around your character. Fill with white and put it behind your character. Done.
I'm glad, I know I've learned a lot from tutorials, so just giving back. If even one person gets something from it, it was worth it to me.
