1 Two Face: “You… you would… betray him… knowing what he’s promised you…”
1 Mister Freeze: “As you say; this cannot go on.”
2 Two Face: “But there are just a few of us, and he has a lot of contingencies.”
2 Mister Freeze: “Each step we take must be careful, and maximize the benefits we get for the sacrifice. What is your plan?”
3 Two Face: “Discover the location of his safehouse, and a way of identifying which one is Clayface. Then contact Batman. The Justice League may only have a minute or two to act, but all of their A-listers together should overwhelm anything the Joker can bring to the table.”
4 Mister Freeze: “I would not count on them. Within inches of the Spear of Destiny, there is no telling how long their immunity would last. The Joker feared nothing when he approached me. He anticipated that I would not – that I could not attack him as soon as he revealed the weapon.”
4 Two Face: “Then Batman and all his people. They’re just men; and have experience fighting people with powers. They can get the spear away from him.”
5 Mister Freeze: “So long as we know where it is. Well, it is as good a plan as we can hope for. I will cover for you, Dent. Claim I am witness to something I am not. And because he believes I cannot lie to him, as Clayface and Poison Ivy cannot, he will let you in deeper to his circle, so you can damage him. Or get a message to Batman.”
5 Two Face: “I won’t waste it.”
6 Mister Freeze: “I know you won’t. You want what’s fair.”
