The sketches are starts. I may not be able to get as many as like when I did the fluffy series, but I would like enough to get a grasp on what Hailey looks like and especially what Alec will look like.
Children are very hard to draw, I found out.

Gah, tell me about it! I've started drawing Murdoc at 5 year intervals, and you've already seen him at 25, the one of him as a 5 year old is really giving me trouble. All the proportions I'm used to in adults are just WRONG in kids, LOL. Though him at 10 is adorable.

Yeah, once they at least hit that narrow and gangly stage, it's quite easy.
On the few occasions I have drawn the children of my characters, you rarely see full body shots. Usually heads, arms, etc. Once they get older, it's easier.
