God, D, I've got tears in my eyes. Somehow, I don't know how you do it, but you touched on something here that I've been thinking about more deeply since Sunday. Seeing it for real here just brought it all back - the two of them just holding hands like this, seeing their true selves, all the barriers gone for this short time as they recovered from the aftermath, just taking each other in.
Well, now I am crying, but happily. Lucky it's lunchtime and I can close the door.
I love this so much. Thank you for being my most supportive, dedicated, wonderfully caring, protective, hilarious, fantastically motivating muse. Between you and Murdoc, how could I go wrong?

I emailed you the file so you'll have a better version of it. I've been doodling on and off through the day and I've been wanting to do something....just couldn't figure out what, ya know? I loved that snippet, for some reason or another. And I could picture them just laying there on the bed, not saying a word, but being heard loud and clear.
I'm very glad you like it. Now I'm off to get Alec into some more trouble, LOL. Something to bring a smile to our faces
